Hello! I am a designer from Mumbai, India, currently earning a Masters degree in Design for Social Innovation at the School of Visual Arts, New York City.

From my experience in designing products, systems, furniture, games and now gatherings, I use design to create experiences where people feel belonged. A question that drives me is- How might we design experiences where people come together across differences?

By taking small steps towards bridging these differences and celebrating similarities, I aim to increasing relatedness among people.

Through participatory and qualitative research, I shift from statistics to stories - to bring out underrepresented voices and bring about social justice. I believe that every life is worthy of respect and dignity and we must build systems that enable this. I feel passionately in the power of honest and vulnerable conversations as well as individual and collective health. My expertise lies in mapping systems, understanding unintended consequences, unfolding blind spots and bringing to light the impact of the work that we do.

My practice in yoga gives me strength and helps me keep myself grounded. In my free time, I like to play around with photos and videos, write and dance.
